Gameplay[]
You start on a platform with Meat Boy in front of you giving a thumbs up. There are spinning blades in front of you, these are not actually blades, but are spinning grouped triangles that will send you flying back if you hit them with your wheelchair, and kill you if you hit them with your body and send you down on to the platform below. There are smaller spinning blades above you. If you fly across and make it, you will land on a platform with a level editor made bandage with a token hiding behind it. If you go forward, a fan will boost you up with another spinning blade, or spinning grouped triangle above, which you have to avoid. If you avoid the blade and move forward, there will be Bandage Girl with the second token hiding behind her and if you have collected the token from the bandage before, collecting both tokens will cause you to win the level, and a wall stopping you from falling off is to the right of Bandage Girl.
